Cancelaciones

Puede cancelar su compra sin cargo adicional, hasta 24 horas antes de la fecha de entrega. Puede comunicarse escribiendo a sales@islandbutchershop.com o llamando al 787-783-0011, si tiene alguna duda. 

Devoluciones

Si su compra estaba lista para ser entregada y no pudo ser entregada por nuestro chofer, o no se coordinó con anticipación para cambio de fecha, tendrá un cargo del 15% del total de la compra.

Reembolsos

islandbutchershop.com esta comprometido en ofrecer los productos de la mejor calidad. Si recibe un producto que no cumple con los estándares de calidad, por favor contáctenos al (787) 783-0011 para proceder con el reembolso del mismo.

Returns

If your order was ready to be delivered but was not able to be delivered by our driver, or we did not receive a request to change the delivery date, we will be charging a fee of 15% of the total of your purchase.
